Catherine Bongiorno, personal trainer/group exercise instructor and owner of Lift To Lose Fitness, Mukilteo, offers suggestions on how to incorporate exercise into your day, no matter how busy you are. She’ll also share tips on healthy, energizing eating and give advice on beating inertia and changing your sedentary lifestyle into a healthy, active one.
