According to the City of Mukilteo, residents who signed up in 2015 for the Residential Parking Passes, exempting them from paying a fee at Lighthouse Park or other city streets, may except to receive two passes per household. This year the City Council approved increasing the number of permits from one to two, allowing for up to four vehicles (two per pass). Additionally, these passes will be valid for two years and will be mailed to the address provided to the City last year. Residents may begin looking for their updated passes as early as next week. Current passes are valid until new passes arrive.
